I am a woman who has lived in Puerto Viejo for 12 years. My path to healing began when I was 17 years old and had autoimmune problems that were inexplicable to allopathic doctors. Using plants, nutrition, and energy work I feel strong and healthy and I continue to heal. For 10 years I have been working with medicinal plants and alternative therapies. I have many course studies and a master's degree in naturopathy. The local plants of the area call me and I use them in many ways in my therapies and my daily life. As a mother of 3, I found more ways and needs to use therapies for myself and my family. And in that time I found kinesiology. For me, it is a therapy that allows me to offer the best to my client since his system asks for what he needs.
